Processing & Delivery

• Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped out.
  
• Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the chosen carrier service.
  

Damages, Lost, or Missing Packages

• Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. Because our shipments are insured, we will file the carrier claim on your behalf and work quickly to assist you.
  
• Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  
• Missing Deliveries: If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot find it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office/carrier hub for GPS delivery confirmation.
