Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gya Organics. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times allow us to freshly prepare and package your items with care. During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3 to 7 business days (after processing)
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (after processing)
- Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $100.00.
Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
If you haven’t received your package within 15 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at gyaorganics@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gya Organics is not responsible for these charges if applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Lost, or Missing Packages Gya Organics is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please hold onto all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos, and contact us immediately at gyaorganics@gmail.com so we can help evaluate the issue and file a carrier claim.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
