The Practice
Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Rub the shampoo bar between wet hands or directly onto your scalp to create a rich, dense lather, then massage deeply from root to ends. Rinse completely to reveal weightless, clean hair. For optimal hair health, we recommend shampooing 2 to 3 times a week, or less if possible.
